These guys have went out of their way to make sure the product I order is exactly what I wanted. I asked them to make a root beer barrel flavor which at the time they didn’t have it but made it for me and it’s very good.

These guys were given a root beer barrel flavor and nailed it. They made it and sent it days after request.
